NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC- The New Hanover County Board of Elections will be holding a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 5:15 PM in the Longleaf Room at the Board of Elections Office, located at 1241A Military Cutoff Road, Wilmington, NC 28405, to conduct regular business and discuss election-related matters. Limited in-person seating will be available.
Those who wish to participate in the meeting telephonically can do so by dialing 1-336-218-2051 at 5:15 PM on Tuesday, April 11. When prompted for the Conference ID press 194 100 916 followed by pound (#). This meeting will be available for public viewing via Microsoft Teams, those who wish to join the meeting via teleconference can do so by clicking the live stream link here.
For the upcoming Board of Elections meeting, individuals can submit public comments in advance to newhanover.boe@nhcgov.com (noting the board name in the subject line) by April 10 at 12:00 PM. Written comments will be provided to the board and the board chair will acknowledge receipt during the public hearing or submit comments into the record during the public hearing and/or public comment period.
